If you have placed an order and have not received a track link, please wait for 12 hours and check again. In some rare cases, courier partners may take up to 12 hours to activate the track link.

In some cases, your order might get split into two or more orders. Those will still be delivered, just on different times. As soon as we receive the request, we’ll have the order picked up in the next 2-3 business days and wherever applicable, we’ll reprocess the order immediately and/or refund the amount back to the payment method used. In most cases, the fund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, however in some rare cases, it could take a little longer. Do allow 4-5 business days for the amount to hit your account in such cases.

You can check if your address is serviceable by going to any product page and putting in your pin code in the ‘Deliver to’ box. It will also show you the tentative delivery timeline. The delivery date will also depend on all the items in your cart. The final estimated delivery date can be seen on the cart page.

In general, if the delivery address is in a metro, you’ll receive your order intentatively 2-4 days while for other locations it might be tentatively 3-6 days
